• Queue SMS messages through our REST API
• Retrieve pending messages for delivery via Android devices
• Track message delivery status
• Manage contacts and contact lists (Pro plan)
• Broadcast messages to contact lists (Pro plan)

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API token. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
• Send messages containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Log retention varies by plan (Basic: 1 day, Pro: 365 days)
• We do not sell your data to third parties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device connectivity, which are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
